Steiner blends digitally manipulated vintage botanical photographs with his exquistely embossed calligraphy for dramatic results. Dark-colored backgrounds and vibrant mono- and duo-chromatic foregrounds bring visual impact and contrast. Featured flora and fauna themes of the Northwest include foxglove, lily of the valley, lilac, winter berries, holly and many more.
