Did I mention the entire house is being rewired so it will not burn down to the ground? And so far we have over 3000 feet of 12/2 14/3 14/2 yadda yadda oh...did I too mention that all the plumbing is or has been completely replaced as well...We will be able to call it a brand new house by the time everything is finished.
