up at 4 AM

And am just getting up stairs...pain in back...rain, wind destroying tempered glass patio table into a pile on the grass....waterproofer permanatly stuck to all exposed body parts. and all i can think of sleep.....hope all is well for everyone. Miss you all.

Things are actually better over here. The bio-available estrogen has wiped most of my depression - and the hot flashes -- away !!!
