My poor hands, back and feet....

I spent the entire day digging up the patio areas garden....I never did like wearing gloves (regrettably) and now I indeed am paying for it...even the nail scrubber did not get all the black dirt from my hands. I transplanted all them just fine, the lavender may or may not make it. The huge California lilac is about to bloom and I worry that she will suffer. I soaked here with some jump start and will dig her up today and pray that it is not to late in the year to do such things.

I will scrub with garden scrubber soap before I leave today to go hang the chandelier and then off to the other house to finish up.

What I really want to do is work on another series of "see - thru" necklaces....like the one above. Mom & I had created several items on her new printer and I just can't wait to do a couple of them done...

Bondo is on a road trip heading North and has requested Brunos presents at the shack and I told Bruno to go and visit with his friend. I am thinking one day is not enough for them and will tell Bruno to stay a couple of days....Bondo will then hopefully come out to our place for a stop over on his return to California..

No plans for the week other then the deck...The last one Bruno and I knocked out in record time. We work very well together and I think we will do this one in three days or less.

Well kids that is it for now I have so much to do and I still do not have the kitchen all fixed from the wreck....I did get the frame for the blinds put back up and cleaned but now it looks snowy white while the rest have kitchen dust on them...I should think that id Bruno stays up with Bondo till Monday he can recover with rest and food and I can have two extras days to clean.

I love the pictures of your handiwork over on Ang's blog. Beautiful!

But i must know......how do you clean blinds? We have four 73" wide sets of mini-blinds in our basement suite. I don't think they have been cleaned in years. They look more gray than white, and the idea of trying to wipe each blade by hand makes me want to cry. Please tell me there's a better way. I am a little afraid to take them down, because I'd have to replace them if I broke them, but I'm willing to do whatever it takes to get a clean place. I'm all ears, dear Farm Fairy....
